Environment
We are very conscious about the effect that we as a company have on the environment. As a result of this we endeavour to decrease the impact we have by reducing our carbon footprint. We use biodegradable food packaging and eco-friendly cleaning products. We recycle as much waste as possible by separating and correctly disposing of plastic, cardboard and food waste. Our used cooking oil is recycled by a local company who then use it for bio-fuel and other products.

Traditional Catering Specialists are a member of National Caterers Association (NCASS) and we work alongside local Environmental Health Authority (EHO) to ensure we achieve high standards and that we comply with all the latest legislation.
